SPORTS: For Monaco’s footballers, the Monaco-Zenit St. Petersburg friendly on Tuesday, July 19, will be the last preparation match before the start of the 2016/2017 season.

The game will be broadcast from 17:00 on the TNT channel, L’Equipe 21.

The third qualifying round (Q3) for the Champions League is due to be played on July 26 or 27, while Monaco’s first game in the French league will be at home to En Avant Guingamp on Friday, August 12, starting at 20:30.

Radamel Falcao, who has returned to the club after a lacklustre spell for Manchester United and Chelsea, has played well and scored several goals in pre-season friendlies.
