An event placing a Cypriot artist centre stage opens next week. Les Galeries Kapatays in Cyprus, in collaboration with the Galerie Carré Doré Monte-Carlo, present: “Dreams of Reality,” a solo exhibition by the artist and architect Yiannis Stylianides. The showing puts in focus his own technique – “Torchage constructif” – in which his famous wood panels depicting panoramic town views are intermingled with sculptures of the human form in fibreglass, providing an artistic counterpoint.
