“Monaco will not be a playground for drunk drivers,” said Monaco’s Minister of State, Didier Guillaume, during a press conference where it was announced that speed cameras will be installed in all of the tunnels in Monaco. Penalties for drunk drivers will also increase amid a push for tougher sanctions.
