On 2nd and 3rd October 2020, one of the most intense storms in living memory tore through the Alpes-Maritimes, killing 18 people and destroying communities. In the aftermath, the Monaco Government and Prince Albert II pledged their support – financial, logistical and emotional – to the rebuilding of the Roya, Tinée, Vésubie and Moyen Var valleys.
