Join The Clever Kitchen and Starsnbars on Tuesday February 7th for another fun and inspiring lunch workshop dedicated to healthy eating. Susan, their licensed nutritionist, shows you how you can improve your mood and boost your libido using super foods and through making inspired food choices. It’s a chance to enjoy a lively social gathering, share a healthy meal and get informed on a variety of nutrition issues – all at the same time.
TCK’s nutrition workshops are also a great way to discover a variety of creative and seasonal vegan recipes. As always, the menu is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and boosted with health-promoting super foods.
Lunch is served from 12:30 to 1:30, in case anyone needs to dash off back to work. But there’s always plenty of time afterwards for chatting and superfood shopping. Workshops are popular so please do let them know if you are coming by dropping a quick email to Mel at:melanie@theclever.kitchen
