This institution, which reports administratively to the Department of Social Affairs and Health, has 24 members representing employers and 24 members representing employees. The President and Vice-President are elected by majority for three years.

The annual general meeting was held on Wednesday, January 16. Mr Karim Tabchiche was elected as President for this exercise and Mr Michel Gramaglia Vice-President of this Monegasque institution.

The Councilor of Government for Social Affairs, Didier Gamerdinger, recalls that “this local jurisdiction is an important player in the maintenance of social peace in Monaco whose decisions, balanced, can resolve disputes in a peaceful manner.”

Meditation and Diplomacy with Miriam Belov at the UN

A graduate of Brown University, Miriam Belov has worked for 35 years in the field of health and well-being. She has collaborated with prestigious beauty brands such as Estée Lauder and Shiseido USA, and has contributed to television and radio shows on NBC, News 12 and Lifetime.

After the broadcast of an audio clip of Princess Grace reciting William Shakespeare’s Sonnet 54, and having been enlightened on the four great causes of modern stress (personal, professional, technological and environmental), the guests followed a meditation session. .

Permanent Representatives, journalists accredited to the United Nations, as well as members of the Hospitality Committee for the United Nations and friends of Monaco participated in this presentation.

These included the PRs of Albania, Andorra, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Rwanda Slovenia and Turkmenistan; the wives of the PRs of Israel, Tunisia, and Ukraine, a representative of the OIF, the President and Vice-President of the Dag Hammarskjöld Fund for Journalists, and Mrs. Miriam Belov.

The ceremonies commemorating San Sebastián, Patron Saint of the Carabiniers of the Prince, were celebrated in the presence of HSH the Sovereign Prince and HSH Princess Stephanie, Godmother of the Carabiniers.

A solemn mass, presided over by Monsignor Bernard Barsi, Archbishop of Monaco, and cocelebrated by Fr. Guillaume Paris, Vicar General, Fr Daniel Deltreuil, Parish Priest of the Cathedral and Father César V. Penzo, Military Chaplain of the Force Publique, was celebrated in the Cathedral of Monaco.

Public Health: Awareness Day organized by IFSI students

Alert, massage, defibrillate. This is the theme of the day of awareness organized Thursday, January 17 by students Nursing, promotion Tony Varo.
