Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is gearing up for its spring and summer seasons with a major recruitment push. The company will hold its traditional job fair on Wednesday 14th January from 9:30am to 6pm at One Monte-Carlo, offering more than 1,200 seasonal positions across its Monaco establishments.
The positions cover a broad spectrum of hospitality roles. Kitchen and pastry staff, dining room service, sommeliers and bartenders, room service, reception and concierge teams are among the main areas of recruitment. The company is also seeking valets, housekeeping staff, chambermaids, wellness and spa professionals, security personnel and lifeguards.
SBM will continue its successful ‘job dating’ format, where managers meet directly with candidates for quick initial interviews. The company has also retained innovations introduced in recent years, including skills workshops and meetings with SBM ambassadors who share insights about the company’s culture and values with prospective employees.
Candidates are strongly advised to bring multiple copies of their CV and cover letters to the event.

Expanding to Courchevel
Following its Monaco recruitment day, SBM will participate in the Courchevel employment fair on Thursday 5th February at the Ineos Club House from 10am to 6pm. This is part of the company’s expansion into the French Alps, where it will open its first establishment outside the Principality in December 2027.
