Acclaimed mixologist Luca Cinalli will be shaking, stirring and serving up an amazing selection of special cocktail creations for one night only at the Fairmont’s Nobu Monte-Carlo on 25th October. Here are all the details.
From 6pm on Friday 25th October, Nobu at the Fairmont Monte Carlo will be hosting a cocktail masterclass featuring Luca Cinalli, one of the world’s most renowned bartenders.
With nearly a quarter-century of professional mixology experience, Cinalli has worked at prestigious establishments in Italy, France and the United Kingdom. He now runs his own bar, Apoteca del Mercato, in Geneva. The hot spot has made a reputation for itself by offering classic drinks with a modern twist in a rustic food hall setting.
Among Apoteca’s most popular offerings are the Amaretto Adriatico Sour, a concoction made with rye whiskey and citrus, as well as the signature White Russian made with Ketel One vodka, coffee liqueur, double cream and Supasawa.
