Rooftop retreat Nikki Beach Monte-Carlo is back for the summer season, with its tempting pool, lush daybeds and cabanas, diverse menu, and vibrant event lineup.
Nestled atop the Fairmont Hotel overlooking the Principality and the Mediterranean, Nikki Beach Monte-Carlo is a jewel in the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group portfolio. The unique location offers a blend of luxury, relaxation, and celebration, making it a go-to spot for travellers and locals alike.

Poolside ambiance
Nikki Beach Monte-Carlo merges natural elements with its signature luxury design, creating a serene oasis that guests can escape to, right above the bustling city. A monumental mirror greets visitors on arrival and serves as a popular backdrop for Instagram snaps, while plush white daybeds line the pool for the comfort of sun-seekers.
Luxury cabanas provide private retreats, and the greenery surrounding the pool and additional daybeds add to a tranquil ambience, making it a perfect relaxing spot.
That is, until the DJ kicks into gear and the whole area comes alive with upbeat music.
Culinary delights
The menu at Nikki Beach, forged by Corporate Executive Chef Alessandro Pizza, is a fantastic fusion of flavours and spices from all over the world.
Among the new menu highlights this season are the aubergine bao buns, shrimp and tomato arancini, sea bream tacos and, for those with a sweet tooth, table side baked alaska.
The rest of the menu includes signature dishes like the avocado smash served table side, Nikki Beach’s famous chicken satay, and a lobster and shrimp “sexy salad”.
Upcoming celebrations
Nikki Beach puts on great parties, and this year is no exception. On Saturday 20th July, from 11am to 8pm, the Sunburst Celebration will feature vibrant decor and sun-themed entertainment. Later in the month, on Wednesday 24th July, also from 11am to 8pm, the calendar is marked with the Agave Rays Celebration in honour of International Tequila Day. This event features tequila concoctions and lively festivities, inviting guests to toast to the vibrant spirit of tequila.
Experience the Solar Serenade on Saturday 3rd August, from 11 am to 8 pm, highlighted by the dynamic drumming of the duo Menllizon. This event promises rhythmic energy that will amplify the festive atmosphere.
Then it’s a Ferragosto celebration from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th August, as Nikki Beach honours Italy’s rich culture and lively spirit. Each day, from 11am to 8pm, guests will be immersed in an artistic and festive atmosphere that celebrates the essence of Italian flair and tradition.
