Fans of sea urchin have quite a treat coming their way. The weekend of 18th and 19th March has been set aside by two of Monaco’s markets to showcase that most popular of echinoderms, giving visitors a chance to sample this luxury sea food in areas specially set up for them. The Opéra de Monte-Carlo will host four spectacular nights of the renowned opera La Traviata this month, featuring legendary Spanish singer Placido Domingo.  Marie Duplessis, more commonly referred to as the Lady of the Camellias, was one of 19th century Paris’ most celebrated courtesans.
