The world's most famous superyachting show is back. This international meet draws in exhibitors and exhibitors by the thousands for what organisers describe as a "complete immersion" in the industry. Alongside the superyachts, expect revolutionary vehicles and tech that are set to change the industry in years to come.

The first event of the Festival des Etoilés 2023 programme will see Marcel Ravin, the two Michelin-starred Head Chef of the Blue Bay at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort pair with two chefs representing Julien Royer, the three Michelin-starred head Chef of Odette in Singapore who had been due to take part in the event, but is now unable to be present.   The threesome are creating an exceptional menu on two successive evenings on 29th and 30th September on the Las Brisas terrace that costs €690 per person including champagne pairings.
