The Monaco Optimist Team Race, hosted by the Yacht Club de Monaco, is a premier sailing event for budding sailors under the age of 14. Featuring 16 teams of four, this world-renowned competition adopts a match race format inspired by the America's Cup and has become a global benchmark for young international racers.  

A very special event linked to the 46th edition of the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival will be held in the square in front of the Palais Princier de Monaco on Saturday 13th January at 2.30pm: an open-air circus performance with parade. The event is entirely free to attend, but be sure to get there in plenty of time to get the best viewing spot.
