The BBC Symphony Orchestra will present two concerts dedicated to early 20th-century modern masterpieces, featuring avant-garde ballets, symphonies, and piano concertos, with François-Frédéric Guy as the soloist.

The Opéra de Monte-Carlo’s 2024/25 season will feature two operas by Maurice Ravel: L’Heure espagnole, conducted by Kazuki Yamada and directed by Jean-Louis Grinda, first performed in Paris in 1911, and L’Enfant et les Sortilèges, first performed in Monte-Carlo in 1925.

A concert celebrating Pierre Boulez’s legacy in “mixed music” will feature Yan Maresz’s Soli and Philippe Manoury’s Das Wohlpräparierte Klavier, performed by Jean-François Heisser on piano.
