Fairmont Monte Carlo reopens rooftop venues for summer, spotlighting Amù restaurant and Nikki Beach

As summer returns to the Principality, the Fairmont Monte Carlo has reopened its trio of rooftop venues, offering a blend of dining, relaxation, and celebration overlooking the Mediterranean. The seasonal launch coincides with the hotel’s 50th anniversary, a milestone year for one of Monaco’s most recognisable addresses.

Leading the culinary offer is Amù Monte Carlo, the hotel’s Riviera-inspired rooftop restaurant that debuted last year. Named after the Monegasque word for “love”, Amù serves dishes rooted in Mediterranean tradition, including salade niçoise, grilled sea bass, and a house-made tarte tropézienne. Set against panoramic sea views, the restaurant offers a stylish yet relaxed dining experience.

Next to the restaurant is Amù by the Pool, an extension of the concept for guests seeking a more informal setting. With light meals, drinks, and sun loungers available throughout the day, it provides a quieter retreat above the bustle of Monaco, without sacrificing the signature rooftop views.

Nikki Beach Monte-Carlo is now open for the season

On the opposite end of the terrace, Nikki Beach Monte Carlo returns for its 10th summer season. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and international appeal, the venue will host themed parties each Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with special events tied to Monaco Race Week, Ferragosto, and the Monaco Yacht Show.

The three rooftop venues reinforce the Fairmont Monte Carlo’s role as a key location in Monaco’s summer hospitality and events calendar.
