Marco specialises in dispute resolution with a particular focus on shipping litigation and international trade. Ince & Co opened its Monaco office in August 2011 and has continued to expand. Andrew Charlier, Global Head of Yachts and Superyachts relocated to Monaco earlier this year and Marco’s promotion to the Partnership further reflects the firm’s commitment to the local market. The office is recognised as a leading international law firm in Monaco – which is renowned for its well-established shipping and yacht communities.
