This autumn, Mirazur is hosting a limited series of intimate wine and champagne pairing dinners at its private La Puerta space, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the world-renowned restaurant from a new perspective. The dinners, curated by Chef Mauro Colagreco, will feature nine-course menus paired with selections from some of the most prestigious wine and champagne estates.
The first event takes place on Thursday, 3rd October, with a dinner featuring Domaine Jacques Selosse. The following week, on 10th October, Champagne Salon – Delamotte will take center stage. In November, the focus shifts to wines from Artemis Domaines, which includes renowned names such as Clos de Tart, Bouchard Père et Fils, and Domaine d’Eugenie. The series will conclude on 5th December with an exclusive dinner showcasing Château d’Yquem.
The dinners will be held at Mirazur’s exclusive La Puerta venue, known for its intimate and private setting. Guests will be seated at a communal table d’hôtes, where they will not only enjoy an exceptional dining experience but also have the opportunity to engage with representatives from the wine and champagne estates.
The cost of attending ranges from €1,500 to €2,000 per guest, depending on the event. Each evening includes a nine-course menu paired with wines or champagnes, water, and coffee.
This unique series offers a rare glimpse into Mirazur’s culinary vision, with pairings designed in collaboration with some of the world’s most iconic wine and champagne houses, making it a highly anticipated experience for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
