Monaco executive search firms join forces

By Staff Writer - September 4, 2016

caroline2Kennedy Executive Search has partnered with Frisenberg J. & Associates, a boutique executive search firm in Monaco founded in 2011 by Caroline Frisenberg. Ms. Frisenberg said: “For us to be part of a top level executive search firm will help us drive our business forward in a growing but challenging economy. Sharpening our skills by exchanging information and practices through the Kennedy network will make sure that we constantly evolve and are at the forefront of our field. We are a highly international search firm and have recruited all over Europe.”

Commenting that “our DNA is very close to Kennedy’s”, Ms. Frisenberg, who has a track record of over 10 years in executive search, added, “In addition, executive search firms have brought more senior executives from other parts of Europe in recent years to run businesses located in Monaco. We believe that this trend will continue as the Principality also supports tech start-ups and entrepreneurs to develop and grow businesses here. Kennedy will enable us to be more competitive by leveraging the strengths of Partners in both Europe and North America.”

Caroline Frisenberg has recruited senior leadership functions in 17 European countries, the Middle East and South Africa. She also runs the Career Development Seminars for the MBA students at the International University of Monaco. (Source: Press Release Kennedy Executive)
