Monaco Impact and MonacoTech have announced a collaboration agreement to help start-ups and innovative projects to develop in the Principality.
Peter Kutemann, President of Monaco Impact, and Fabrice Marquet, Director of MonacoTech, signed the agreement, aimed at creating targeted links between members of Monaco Impact, who will be able to act as mentors and/or investors, and interested MonacoTech project leaders.
Monaco Impact is a network of philanthropists and entrepreneurs who, by drawing on their experience and involvement in the Monegasque economic environment, wish to offer assistance to newly established companies that have a “social impact” in Monaco and that meet today’s environmental challenges.
The main aim of this network is to promote Monaco as a centre for socially committed businesses. Its members provide education, promote joint action and share new approaches with start-ups and young entrepreneurs.
MonacoTech is an incubation and acceleration programme, co-founded by the Principality of Monaco, Monaco Telecom and Xavier Niel, with the aim of helping innovative companies and projects with high growth potential to establish themselves in Monaco over the long term, so they can fully benefit from the Monegasque ecosystem while being in line with Monaco’s vision and strategy. MonacoTech supports the creation and development of start-ups by providing a favourable environment and access to the skills, tools and methods that are essential to the success of any project.
