Two new domanial retail units located at the base of Palais de la Plage in Monaco’s Larvotto district have been made available for lease by the Administration des Domaines. These ground-floor spaces are positioned on the prestigious Avenue Princesse Grace, offering prime visibility and foot traffic in one of the most exclusive areas of the Principality.
The first space, referred to as Lot 1, includes approximately 124 square metres at ground level, accompanied by a 52 square metre storage area in the basement. However, the basement reserve is not directly accessible from the main shop floor. Lot 2 is larger, offering 166 square metres of ground-floor commercial space with a directly connected 136 square metre basement reserve.
Both spaces are reserved strictly for commercial activity, and no food or restaurant ventures will be permitted.
Interested businesses must download the full application dossier from the official website monentreprise.gouv.mc. All completed applications must be submitted no later than 12pm on 17th October 2025. Submissions can be made either by post, with the postal stamp serving as proof of submission, or by delivering the application in person to the Administration des Domaines at 5 Promenade Honoré II – Hall A, which is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5pm.
Site visits will take place on three upcoming Mondays. On 29 September, Lot 1 can be viewed at 9am and Lot 2 at 10am. On 6 October, Lot 1 will be shown at 2pm and Lot 2 at 3pm. The final opportunity to view the spaces will be on 13 October, with Lot 1 scheduled for 10am and Lot 2 for 11am. No appointments are necessary for these visits.
These rare commercial offerings are expected to draw significant interest from high-end retailers looking to secure a prominent location in the heart of Monaco’s Larvotto waterfront.
