The velvet-draped concert hall in the heart of Monte-Carlo is back. From 2nd October, New Moods launches its second season with 34 tribute acts, a new menu by Café de Paris, and an electric atmosphere that once again promises to light up Monaco’s nightlife.
Following its celebrated reopening in December 2024, New Moods quickly re-established itself as a cultural hotspot in the Principality. Now, the iconic venue is preparing for a new season of music and festivity from 2nd October through to 28th March 2026, with an additional special programme set for the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix in June.
Kicking off with a tribute to Elton John, the upcoming line-up includes nights dedicated to legends such as Queen, U2, David Bowie, ACDC, and Coldplay, alongside tributes to French icons including Téléphone, France Gall and Claude Nougaro. With 34 tribute bands performing across six months, the stage at Place du Casino will once again celebrate the enduring power of live music.
Gourmet finger food and bold cocktails by Café de Paris
The 2025–2026 season also features an entirely new menu crafted by Victor Marion, Chef of the famed Brasserie du Café de Paris Monte-Carlo. Guests can enjoy elevated finger food in the plush red-and-gold interior, including truffled Croque-Monsieur, Lobster Brioche, and Moods-branded cheese Madeleines.
Desserts like churros with caramel sauce add a playful twist, while the cocktail menu leans into the venue’s flair for the dramatic. Highlights include the ‘Big Moods’ Spritz series and a Triple Margarita made with premium tequila, all designed to match the vibrant, indulgent atmosphere that defined New Moods’ debut season.
A venue reborn in the spirit of Monaco’s musical legacy
Helmed by Stéphane Lobono and curated by Alfonso Ciulla, Artistic Director of Monte-Carlo SBM, the revival of New Moods is the result of a vision championed by SBM Deputy Chairman Stéphane Valeri. The venue originally made its name from 2008 to 2011 as a launchpad for local rock and folk artists.
Now, with a revived identity and a new era of performance, New Moods is firmly back in Monaco’s cultural spotlight, an intimate venue of just 120 seats and 200 standing places, right in the heart of the action. As with last year, it remains available for private hire, allowing bespoke events and celebrations that embrace the Art de Vivre à la Monte-Carlo.
Family-friendly and festive: Halloween at New Moods
The spirit of celebration extends to all ages. On Wednesday 29th October, New Moods will host a themed Halloween afternoon for children aged 4 to 7, with magic shows and creative workshops. The evening continues with a party for 8 to 12-year-olds, promising festive fun in true Monte-Carlo style.
