Nice Airport announces improved service to Istanbul

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport has announced a change to its Turkish Airlines route between the Riviera and Istanbul. From next month, passengers will be flying aboard an Airbus A330s, an update that will provide increased comfort and improved services to those onboard.

Beginning 11th July, Turkish Airlines will be ferrying its passengers from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport to the historic city of Istanbul on the spacious and comfortable Airbus A330.

The flight path will be running twice per week, on every Tuesday and Thursday.

Turkish Airlines’ A330, the stalwarts of the fleet, will provide travellers with extended legroom seating and double aisle space on the quietest commercial ride in the air today. The aircraft is also more eco-friendly than models previously used by the airline.

What’s more, there are great in-flight entertainment and onboard internet connection options available, as well as top-of-the-line high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters to make the air on the flight as safe and clean as possible.

These flights make an excellent addition to Nice Airport’s already exciting summer destination schedule, which features 122 cities in 45 countries worldwide. This includes 13 long-haul connections to the Middle East and North America, as well as 10 new European short-hauls to Agadir, Alicante, Kefalonia, Rabat, Tenerife and Valletta with easyJet, Aalborg on Norwegian, Faro with Transavia France, Nuremberg on EuroWings and Yerevan with FlyOne.
