Prince Albert and Princess Caroline honour artists and writers at Prince Pierre Foundation Awards

Prince Albert II and Princess Caroline of Hanover presided over the Prince Pierre Foundation Prize Ceremony on Wednesday 15th October at the Palais Princier, awarding three major prizes in recognition of outstanding contributions to contemporary literature and art.

Created in 1966 by Prince Rainier III to honour the memory of his father, Prince Pierre, a noted patron of the arts, the Foundation continues to support cultural creation under the presidency of Princess Caroline. Each year, it rewards leading and emerging figures across the artistic and literary spectrum.
