Prince’s Government renews full support for UNESCO

UNESCO’s Director of the Office of Strategic Planning, Jean-Yves Le Saux, and HE Yvette Lambin Berti, Ambassador and Permanent Delegate of Monaco to UNESCO, signed a renewal of the Framework Cooperation Agreement concerning the four-year programme 2018-2021 at UNESCO’s Paris Headquarters on Wednesday, March 14.

With this signature, the Prince’s Government reaffirmed its commitment to continue its participation in this international specialised institution and its commitment to defend the mandate of UNESCO in order to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

HE Lambin Berti reiterated the Principality’s commitment to the values of UNESCO. On behalf of the Director General, Audrey Azoulay, Mr Le Saux thanked Monaco for its long-term support in helping to make the Organisation’s voice heard.
