Rampoldi has been successfully renovated and transformed into this luxurious space after a change of ownership, re-opening after a two years restoration period, with San Pellegrino Young Chef finalist Antonio Salvatore arrival in 2016.
Antonio Salvatore is an incredible character of 31 years old Chef, originally from Basilicata region in Italy, with a passionate approach to Gastronomy and “Arts de la table”.
Since his youngest age, during his childhood at home, he considers fine cuisine and gastronomy as a meticulous and sacred process of transformation from the garden to the most achieved presentations on the table, with a very creative assembling of the different stellar ingredients from Mediterranean and South of Italy cuisine.
The Chef reformed the restaurant Gastronomy into a contemporary and extremely detail oriented cuisine in his attempt to respond to Monaco’s reputation of being one of the best places in the world for Gastronomy.
