Although the snowfall along the Coast came after Monday’s morning commute, as of 2 pm departures from Nice-Côte d’Azur airport were delayed. From 4 pm, departures have returned to scheduled service but 14 arrivals have been cancelled, mostly those due to land between 4 and 5 pm.
SNCF is showing slight delays of up to 10 minutes with the TER service along the Nice-Ventimiglia line due to a switch failure. This typically causes further delays and cancelations.
Escota is not reporting any delays on the A8 highway as of 3 pm.
The Monaco government has issued a winter storm warning of snow and icy conditions starting from midnight Sunday, February 25, and ending 6 pm on Monday, February 26.
