Ten Michelin stars unite for spectacular Monte-Carlo gala dinner

Prince Albert II attended the gala finale of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo on 29th November, joined by Louis and Marie Ducruet, Pauline Ducruet and Camille Gottlieb for an evening celebrating Monaco’s culinary excellence.

More than 250 guests at the Salle des Etoiles witnessed all the starred chefs of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer work in unison to create a spectacular seven-course menu. Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alléno, Marcel Ravin, Dominique Lory and Cédric Grolet finalised their dishes live on a giant Pass Live stage, creating theatrical drama alongside Michelin-starred gastronomy.

World’s most starred resort celebrates milestone

The fifth anniversary marks a remarkable journey for the resort, which has grown from seven to ten Michelin stars this year. “This evening celebrates one of our great areas of expertise, one that perhaps most embodies the notions of pleasure, conviviality and sharing: gastronomy,” said Stéphane Valeri, Executive Vice-President of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.

The festival featured collaborative four-handed dinners throughout the year, with visiting chefs including Pierre Gagnaire, Albert Adrià, Anne-Sophie Pic and Davide Oldani joining Monaco’s starred chefs at Le Grill, Louis XV-Alain Ducasse, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, L’Abysse Monte-Carlo and Elsa.

The seven-course menu showcased each restaurant’s signature style, from Marcel Ravin’s coconut blanc manger to Cédric Grolet’s spectacular Saint Honoré XXL. Entertainment featured the International School of Monaco choir, dancers and live music, with guests dancing to Divas on the Floor after dinner.

The sixth edition is scheduled for 2026, continuing Monaco’s celebration of world-class gastronomy.
