Media outlets were buzzing on Tuesday with the news that Thierry Henry was in advanced talks to take over as manager at AS Monaco.
At the time of writing, Leonardo Jardim had not been officially sacked by the club, but media reports suggested that this was a foregone conclusion.
The news affects English club Aston Villa, which was looking to appoint Henry as manager – he was looking to get into management in England. But Monaco is a big lure for Henry, who played for the club as a striker.
ESPN reported that Monaco wanted a big statement manager, and the club was also considering Robert Pires, River Plate Coach Marcelo Gallardo and former PSG coach Laurent Blanc.
This Agreement was established in 1991 under the auspices of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS), because of the alarming state of the bat population in Europe.
The Principality of Monaco has been a party to this Agreement since 1999, due to the local presence of many species of bat, such as the Cestoni’s Molossus or the common Pipistrelle.
The main objective of this Agreement is to provide a framework for states to cooperate towards a common goal: the conservation of bats throughout Europe.
On Sunday, October 7th, the experts present at the meeting visited the Exotic Garden of the cave and the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology.
The hosting of this meeting should enable the Principality, on the one hand, to reinforce its commitment within the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) and on the other hand to promote its actions on the national plan for terrestrial biodiversity.

Privatam was founded in 2014 by investment bankers in Monaco, and specializes in the development and structuring of cross-asset-solutions. It currently employs 30 staff and sells its services to independent asset managers, banks and professional investors.
The boutique has opened an office in Zurich, to be led by former investment bankers Thibault Pons and André Schlegel. They worked, respectively, for Société General and UBS’ investment bank.

Privatam plans to offer its services across Switzerland and will expand it staffing in the country. With a volume of 175 billion francs ($176.3 billion) in the first half of 2018, Switzerland represents the biggest market in the world for structured products. The opening of a subsidiary in the city represents a logical step, Pons told finews.com.
“New technology will increasingly influence the future of investing. Therefore Privatam has developed its own in-house applications to simplify the investment processes for clients. We’re independent, and operate in partnership with our clients and can put our vast experience to use in meeting client needs,” Pons added.
