The Superyacht Chef Competition, chaired by three-star Michelin Guide chef Yannick Alléno and overseen by Chef Joël Garault, will bring together 9 chefs from superyachts over 40 meters to honor sea gastronomy by creating the best dish from a mystery basket with an emphasis on anti-waste.
