The third edition of the Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo, titled ‘Ma fin est mon commencement,’ opens with the Ensemble Gilles Binchois performing Johannes Ockeghem’s Requiem, the oldest known mass for the dead, complemented by modern saxophone pieces by Sandro Compagnon, featuring music by Luciano Berio and Bruno Mantovani.
