The Unisoni Ensemble explores French and Italian baroque music in a concert reminiscent of a menagerie: from Carlo Farina’s Capriccio stravagante to Jean-Philippe Rameau’s La Poule, the instruments imitate animals that are sometimes larger than life, sometimes hidden under instrumental features and virtuoso notes.
