The brainchild of Alain Ducasse, a new pioneering summit for chefs, farmers and activists is coming to Monaco. The one-day event will tackle complex topics such as fishing in the era of climate change, food education, sustainable industry initiatives, and the future of gastronomy, as well as hopefully conclude with the drafting of a first-of-its-kind Sustainable Gastronomy Charter.
